Directive approaches with people are not fit for purpose here. This book provides alternative ideas and approaches, that are fundamental in today&#8217;s prevailing servant-leadership style.<br \/>You can find it here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.performanceconsultants.com\/coaching-for-performance-book\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.performanceconsultants.com\/coaching-for-performance-book<\/a> (I prefer the 2nd and 3rd editions.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>The fourth book is:<\/strong><br \/><cite><br \/>The Solutions Focus: The SIMPLE Way To Positive Change<br \/>by Paul Z. Jackson, Mark McKergow<\/cite><\/p>\n<p>This book focuses on the alternative to directive approaches, especially for domains facing <span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">uncertainty, unknowns, novelty and change.
