{"id":2526,"date":"2021-11-07T18:55:56","date_gmt":"2021-11-07T18:55:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.smharter.com\/blog\/?page_id=2526"},"modified":"2023-05-01T19:45:00","modified_gmt":"2023-05-01T18:45:00","slug":"a-blooming-industry-of-services-helping-consultancy-firms-fake-agile-expertise","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.smharter.com\/blog\/a-blooming-industry-of-services-helping-consultancy-firms-fake-agile-expertise\/","title":{"rendered":"A blooming industry of services helping consultancy firms fake Agile expertise"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"col-sm-10 col-sm-offset-1\">\n<div class=\"blog-item mb-80 mb-xs-40\">\n<div class=\"blog-item-body\">\n<p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><em><strong>For the reasons below, it is important for our community and our industry to have a frank and open conversation on these topics. <\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the last two years:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I&#8217;ve been offered Agile content ghost writing for my company blog<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I&#8217;ve been asked or offered to be paid for liking, referencing and\/or endorsing flawed Agile content from consultancy companies with clearly no Agile expertise <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I&#8217;ve heard from multiple sources about unknown &#8220;Agile&#8221; conferences that offers paid speaking slots for consultants and consultancy firms that want to buy credibility <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I&#8217;ve heard from multiple sources of paid support offered to candidates while taking Agile ceritfications exams to ensure they pass.
